Packing for an HCA event, you can easily include more than you need. Everything but your personal effects is provided on site! Traveling to Namibia, HCA "Safari Sisters" have found their duffel can be light indeed. Though remote, camp is not primitive! You're pampered in individual lodges with safari-style canvas letting in the cool night air and the unique sounds of the bush. Meals are served safari-style on tables replete with wine glasses and silverware. Your laundry is done for you every other day. Transport through the bush is by modern 4WD Land Cruiser - and, to give you a more intimate feel for the land, on foot. You can bring your own rifle (Namibia is gun-friendly) or borrow one. You'll get a complete list of recommended items well in advance of the trip. You'll need a passport, of course, but not a visa. Your HCA safari takes place below the malaria zone so does not require any vaccinations beyond those normally of Americans traveling abroad.

There's more you'll want to know, if you have the spark it takes to book a safari. You'll not find a better bargain, or a more memorable experience, than that offered by High Country Adventures! Just ask one of the women who've joined us in Africa! They'll be pleased to talk with you!
